People: Our Guest Operations team has a combined 20+ years of customer service, operations, and management experience. Our guests are supported both locally in Siesta Key by a Guest Experience Manager, and virtually by the Head of BizOps. In addition to passionate operations professionals, Siesta Key Dream’s ownership group is engaged; highly involved in the decor, property improvement, and guest experience. It is not uncommon for our guests to unknowingly bump into or speak with the owners of Siesta Key Dreams during their vacation.
Process: Siesta Key Dreams utilizes the best technology available to provide timely support to our guests. With the use of high-end technology, guests will experience the following: step-by-step electronic check-in guides, smart locks with dedicated/unique codes, and additional service or local experience options that can be added or booked with a click of a button.
Siesta Key Dreams understands that all guests are different, thus we follow the guests lead in regards to the prefered method of communication. Whether it is via email, text, phone, or in-person; our process adapts to each unique guest.
Siesta Key Dreams focuses on proactive resolutions. To achieve this, we practice stringent standard operating procedures that include Quality Assurance Inspections and internal audits. In a state of constant improvement we strive to ensure our properties meet the highest quality and cleanliness standards. We acknowledge that despite our best efforts, there are rare times we do not meet our own expectations. If this happens, our team is empowered to solve the issue immediately; our guests will never hear “let me check with my boss.” Once an immediate issue is resolved, we complete a root cause analysis allowing for proactive resolutions in the future via People, Process, and/or Product improvements.
Product: The vacation rentals in the Siesta Key Dreams portfolio are hand-selected by the ownership group. We want our guests to return year-after-year, and our vacation rental properties were selected with that in mind. Whether it is the property’s location, the view, the decor, the complimentary amenities, the pool, or the gathering spaces for friends and family; we hope that our spaces will contribute to the cultivation of unforgettable memories for our guests.

Brooke Bouska
Guest Experience Manager
Brooke graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Business. After growing-up in the MidWest, Brooke relocated to Siesta Key, FL. Professionally, Brooke has a background in hospitality, vendor management, and customer service.
As a Guest Experience Manager for Siesta Key Dreams, Brooke is responsible for the onsite guest experience & onsite operations. From ensuring our vacation rentals achieve our standards, to meeting with our guests while they’re on vacation, Brooke is there to provide Unreasonable Hospitality!
Kyle Gaffney
Head of BizOps
Kyle graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Sociology and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Legal Studies at Cornell University. After growing-up in the MidWest, Kyle relocated to Southern California where he currently resides. Professionally, Kyle has garnered a dynamic skill-set through working for both a Fortune 250 company and a Tech-Start-Up backed by prominent VCs.
As Head of BizOps for Siesta Key Dreams, Kyle is responsible for the tech-stack, guest experience, marketing, and back-office operations.
